As our products are delicate, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us the same day of delivery, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Kindly send us an email on zetwinnies@gmail.com with your order number, name, address and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours to process a refund or replacement.
Please note that sale items, mystery items, and gift cards are not eligible returns or refunds.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
